The value of peer support is well recognised. To support CF nurses across the network the CFNA is proud to offer a supervision programme in which CF nurses can register to either receive or offer supervision.
This is particularly useful to those who work in isolation or have line management outside their profession or CF services.
Supervision offer opportunity to learn from each other, compare practice, discuss service and career progression, amongst many things.
